Welcome to 2013
The Standard Chartered Jersey Marathon is an established niche marathon situated on the stunning island of Jersey in the British owned Channel Islands.
The race, which is split into three categories, Marathon, Relay Race and 3K Fun Run, attracted over 2,500 entrants in 2012 with over 80% of marathon runners coming from off the Island.
With a professional yet friendly atmosphere the event welcomes a variety of runner types, elite athletes compete for prize money and times, while corporate teams vie for the prestige of winning the trophy and many others compete to do something truly amazing for the benefit of others.
Prize money of £2,000 for first place male and female runner in the full marathon. Perhaps it could be you on the winners podium in 2013?
Trophies and accolades awarded to winning teams of 5 runners who complete the full marathon course in the best time. Relay sections vary from 4.8 to 11 kilometers – great fun and a worthy challenge.
3k Fun Run
The 3k Fun Run is open to everyone over 9 years of age. Take part in the exciting race through the streets of St Helier and receive a commemorative medal and t-shirt.
