Deferred Entry

Please note that all Entry Fees are non refundable and non transferable.

Refunds will not be given for non attendance of the event.

If you wish to defer your entry to the next event due to genuine medical or injury, supported by a doctors note you must notify organisers before 6 September 2024. After this date organisers will not be able to offer any deferrals. In the situation where the event is cancelled or postponed, all entries will be transferred to the next event.

We highly recommend you take out either the Race Nation insurance or your own personal insurance to cover you for genuine medical/ injury before the event and can no longer participate.

An approved deferred entry will only be valid for one year.

Please contact us at [email protected] before Friday 6 September 2024 and provide us with details on why you need to defer your entry to the following year. We will then confirm in writing if your application to defer your entry has been successful.

Once the race registration is open for the following year, we will be back in contact to provide you with instructions on how to re-register for your entry for the 2025 event.

Please note that it is not permitted to defer your entry on the day of the event.
