Relay Runner Transport

It is vitally important that all Relay Runners use the free coach transfers to and from each Relay Station and check in on, or before the stated check in time for each Relay Station.

The amount of traffic on the roads around and near Relay Stations has now become a significant issue for organisers, runners, and our marshals. Therefore, for safety reasons, we must now enforce that all Relay Runners arrive/depart from Relay Stations using our free coaches. Please review the below table to see when your coaches depart and return for your designated Relay Station.

Please note that in 2025, there will be additional road closures around Relay Station 1 (Waterworks Valley) and Relay Station 2 (St Ouen) and so it will not be possible to be dropped off or collected by car at either station. Please note also at Relay Station 2 in St Ouen, the Parish Hall car park will be closed.

For Relay Station 2 – St Ouen, there will be an additional free coach departing form Les Quennevais School Car Park in St Brelade.

Relay Station 2: St.Ouens
Relay Station 3: Les Quennevais
Relay Station 4: Les Quennevais

Relay runners will be given their T-shirts on race pack collection and they will  collect their medal from the relay changeover point at which they finish.

Parking

There are no facilities for parking at the Relay Race stations. With the large number of runners participating in the event, we need to significantly reduce the number of vehicles on the route. The amount of traffic on the roads around and near Relay Stations has now become a significant issue for organizers, runners, and our marshals. Relay Race runners MUST use the FREE coach transportation to/from their relay station as parking will not be permitted.

    • Relay Station 1: No Parking Available. DO NOT drive to the Relay Station as the Road is Closed!
  • Relay Station 2: No Parking Available.  DO NOT drive to the Relay Station. In 2024 The Parish of St Ouen will be closing some roads and diverting cars around the village. Relay Race runners MUST use the FREE coach transportation to/from this relay station.
    • Relay Station 3 + 4 – Les Quennevais Sports Centre public parking – Please note parking is extremely limited in this car park.

For more information on transport provided to relay stations points please refer to the Ravenscroft Relay Race Info pack for more information.
